Need to cancel an order? Here’s how to cancel and get refunded in full.

1. Open Your Orders
Tap the Your Orders tab in the bottom navigation, then tap the order you want to cancel to open its details.
2. Tap Cancel Order
Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details screen and tap the Cancel order button.
3. Select a Reason and Confirm
Let us know why you’re cancelling — pick a reason like Seller not responding, Seller sold out, Schedule conflict, Changed my mind, or Other. Then tap Yes, cancel order to confirm. You’ll be refunded in full.
Note: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
