Yes. PickFresh is completely free for buyers. No subscriptions, no service fees, no hidden charges. You only pay the seller's listed price.
Your first 3 transactions are completely free, with no fees at all. After that, we charge a 12% commission on sales to keep the platform running. There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.
Everything on PickFresh comes from local growers and makers in your neighborhood. Most items are harvested or made fresh around the time you buy them. You can also message sellers directly to ask about freshness.
We use Stripe for secure payments. Buyers can pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly in the app. Sellers can easily get their money transferred straight to their bank account with automatic payouts.
List as much as you want. You can create multiple listings and update quantities as items sell. Many of our sellers list seasonal harvests straight from their backyard.
PickFresh makes it simple and low-stress. Buyers pay through the app first. Once an order is confirmed, sellers can leave the order on their porch or front area for pickup, with no need to meet anyone in person. Buyers simply stop by, pick it up, and go.
No. Because payment is already completed in the app, there's no need to coordinate handoffs or handle cash. Most sellers choose porch pickup for convenience and peace of mind.
Yes. All users have verified emails, and seller profiles include ratings and history. Porch pickup during daylight hours is recommended, and you're always in control of how and when your order is picked up.
